Your coin is unfortunately just damaged; it took a hit that displaced some metal in the O and L. It's still a nice bit of silver, though.

Looks like a silver melt coin. The damage removes any collectable value. The silver price is the way to go on this one.

@sam, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes it looks like damage to me too. You can see the start of one gouge at the base of the first L and then it proceeds up through the right side of the letter O. A second, nearby gouge cuts through the letter O and causes that weird-looking "loop".
