Definitely a second 8 there at the end, looks 1858 to me as well
Edit: the central portion of the 8 where the upper and lower part of the 8 meet ( don't know a technical term for this) Is clearly visible in the shadow, easily seen in the blue pic. If this were a 6, this would not exist, and would be one continuous outward loop..... to state the obvious.
