Being slabbed, the stated grading is what it is.
Next to impossible to give a reliable differing grading opinion with these pictures.

Perhaps the seller was just trying to 'talk the coin up', by saying that it looked better than MS-62.

Nevertheless, it appears to be an attractive coin with nice luster, and satisfying to have in any collection.

Looks nice. Can you enlarge these pics for us so we can see the surfaces better?

Looks original with lots of luster from what I can see .But photos need to be more sharper to examine details . I agree coin seems to be better then MS-62 .

Tough to tell from these pics, but looks to be at least a solid MS62, very possibly better. Solid buy.

Nice luster and strike, certainly could be a 63, but hard to assess the surfaces with these images.

MS-62. Pictures not sharp enough to assess if it's better.

still too much overhead lighting is washing out some of the surfaces. I think its better than a 62 also. i'd have to go with MS63 without better photos. try natural indirect lighting.

To tell you the truth I can't see any reason why they gave this coin MS-62 other than the flatness on mid skirt ,which really is not a reason to down grade this coin . Either the lighting on this coin is making it look like tons of luster or this coin should have graded MS-64 . The reverse looks pretty darn good to me with breast and leg feathers showing nicely .

Looks at least 63 from the pictures. Possibly better. Buy the coin not the holder! Nice snag.
