I was looking around ebay this morning and found this very interesting listing for a 1878 O Morgan dollar. These are seller pictures and I cleaned them up the best I could. The seller says it's .999 silver and circulated. I'm thinking it circulated somewhere in China, but what do I know. https://www.ebay.com/itm/353470021811 Anyway I just thought you might want to comment on a Morgan dollar I'll bet none of you own.

The toning, rims, and mushy lettering are pretty suspicious... oh yeah, and the fact that 1878-O Morgans don't exist.

I knew there was no such thing as a 1878-O Morgan...I 100% agree, faked... . Wow, and circulated in China, who knew? And 99.9% silver, thats not right either...

I reported this coin this morning as fake. But apparently, ebay isn't in any hurry to take it down. Quote:Hey everybody, what VAM number should this get 666

It looks like everything he has got for sale is fake. Silver bars say .999 silver, but in his listing it says "German silver, silver coated".

Wow, as of now, just about 8 hours for this auction to end, and 2 bidders...and at 4.25 currently.

Things look real fishy . Sold for $27.01 But the guy that won the bid only bids on collectables..He Won about ten items from the same seller in a row. And only bid once on each item. Something just don't seem right.

Someone at a swap meet will get fooled by this if they didn't know there was no 78-O.
