It's smaller than a normal cent, weighs less than a normal cent, has blurry features and overall has a cast look to it, and was found in a foreign country? Now, why would someone forge a 1977 (?) cent? I didn't do it, so I don't have all the answers, but if you wanted to counterfeit a coin, you gotta start somewhere. Take another close look and tell me, am I crazy? (Wait- I probably am). Maybe it's meant to be a toy coin? Just sharing my thoughts here on this one. -Leslie Report this Post to the Staff
