My EAC guess is it's in an MS62BN holder.

To me the detail is MS but the overall look is AU with the color and surface color. I will have to assume there is some hiding luster under that brown that the camera didnt pick up. Not a bad looking coin \.

I was off by one point.  Perhaps PCGS subtracted a point for the "sandiness" around the stars and Liberty's head.
