Somewhat of a guess for me, with looking on screen, and the coin under the plastic, but
can't see wear on the high points, so has to be some sort of MS grade. The rich patina may be hiding hairline scratches, can't see if those exist. A TPGrader should be able to do that, angling the coin in hand in best light conditions, we cannot. I note a small black sulfide/oxide spot in the field behind Lib's head.

It appears the the start of bronze disease around the date and in front of Libs neck may have been professionally passivated, before becoming a problem, or it never really got going in the first place.

I will guesstimate
MS-63.

First thought was AU, but I'm not seeing any signs of circulation, below average MS for me, MS62.

That's a beauty. I'd be in the MS-62 camp but lots of these end up in AU-58 holders.

die crack at K1. surface blemishes/eye appeal keeps the obverse at MS61. reverse is quite nice really close if not MS64. i'll net this one at MS62BN
