What do you guys make of this counterstamp / chop mark? Could it have possibly been done somewhere in the Orient? Could it possibly be a presentation chop mark?

Looks similar to one posted on 4/19/21...I don't know how to post links but search the title "1891 Capped Bust half dollar With Chopmarks?"....That as much help I can give...

I dont think it is a China chopmark.

Here are some images of coins that have counter stamps that were flower-like in design. Apparently, coins with these stamps circulated in the Madura Islands in Indonesia.

Sadly, I can't seem to find any matches on Google for my stamp. It is interesting to find out that flower counterstamps were a thing, although it seems these were done in territories other than China.
