Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6381 Posts	Posted 12/30/2008 12:39 pm I think the hairline scratches on the obverse will limit the grade. MS-62RD is probably the best this can go, unless the hairlines are much fainter than what shows in the photo. Report this Post to the Staff
