coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 05/04/2021 10:48 am A Cud is when a a piece of the outside edge of the die breaks off the die: Note the missing part of the die? That is what causes a Cud to show on a die: Also on a Cud, you will see a weakness opposite that area, because the void, can't produce a strike on the opposite side of the coin. A die chip is a small break away from the die, but not a huge break away like a Cud would show. Chips don't show a weakness on the opposite side of the coin. Hope this helps.
