Photos appear to be enlargements of low resolution jpeg images--which result in soft, buttery-like details. It's highly unlikely it's a D mintmark over S. Pareidolia may be in-play

No. This is a 1969-D with extreme Machine Doubling or coin damage or both . Hard to tell from the image.
