That is a die chip. Common of these bears. Smaller devices, when they have a lot of wear can chip off the die, thus creating a void on the die, when the void is fill on the coins, it looks like what fell off the die. Die chips are common and no premium. I'm leaving it up to you if you want to see these or not. There are alot of images. (16 images per set of images below 64 total)
