It looks like a normal cent as far as I can tell...maybe a plating bubble by the N on the reverse. Do you know what a mule is?

Agreed, a normal coin. Also, less photos next time please. John1

I do see some plating issues, but that is all. Definitely do some studying, even if it was what you think you are seeing, that would not be a mule.

Mule Error This is a rare Mint error where the obverse die is of one coin and the reverse die is of another coin. The most famous of the Mule errors is a Sacagawea dollar/Washington quarter Mule, where a Washington quarter obverse is paired with a Sacagawea reverse.

I apologize for the videos I been watching stated that mule coins had a strike on it from a possible other denomination on the obverse or reverse of the coin. Thank you for clarifying. Also can anyone else see the striking on the G. And what it spells under the date

Also why does it seem on the inverted color picture that this specific coin seems like there is a line separating the coin on the I believe edge/side

If something was on the die, it would be incuse. Incuse on the die would be raised on the coin. What you are seeing is just something that is a surface alteration. (stain) If it were really there from the die, it would be raised. Seeing something that is not there is what the brain trains you to think you see something there: Well get this a lot here. If it were on the die, it would be raised, and they never are.

Never a good idea to hold coins like you were in your photos. Fingerprints help to destroy numismatic value. Better, purchase inexpensive cotton gloves wherever hobby supplies are sold.
