Which of the sites did you search to try to find a match? If you haven't done this, that should be your first step, then comeback here to tell us your findings.

I used Variety Vista.

I also think the FS-501 TRUMPET photo from NGC's Variety page looks close?

It is a nicer 1943-S silver coin. You might save it for a filler in an album? Or to sell for a bit more premium as a nice example for that year/mint.

No please do not grade. Can't stand to see people waste money to get random coins graded just because they look good.

Look for die scratches under the motto on the obverse. The mint mark does look to be in the correct position for the "medium S" variety.

Looking up prices for the 1943-S on PCGS, I found that that year also had the goiter quarter. When looking at the images, there is a lot more involved than the neck on this die:
1943-S-Unc.-Washington-RPM-Or?

But on your quarter, if it is less than MS-65 It would probably cost to much for the fees. Above that a good premium. Hard to tell grade sometimes from images. You might post it on the other grading section on this site to see what they think it would grade? Still a coin to keep very safe with no fingerprints added to it.
