This 1980 d dime has a very distorted date, mint mark, and IN GOD WE TRUST on the obverse of the coin. Could someone enlighten me on this I thought it was just circulation damage but I am not sure. I look forward to your insight. Thank you.

Fuzzy pics, but I agree with Mr. Frog. Maybe some MD (no added value) as well might show if pics were not fuzzy.

Vending machine damage. The devices on the outer edge of coins will show metal relocation on them. "The more they are used, the more they are abused".
