Hi reposting this to correct forum! I think this is a good and interesting blob on the top of hat on reverse. Not sure though and need the coin community to evaluate.

I was looking at others and I thought a die chip was a Cud! Oh thank you for clarifying John1.

+1 die chip is correct. Cuds are exclusive to the rim.
