Actually there is very little going on here that cannot happen to all coins in circulation. You have a scratch under he Memorial.
Rather than looking at coins trying to find anomalies, you would do yourself a great favor by learning what to look for first by instead searching for known varieties. Spend a good deal of time doing this to train your eye to know actual errors and varieties when you see them. This will save you a lot of time in the long run, and a lot of disappointments. Spend some quality time at error-ref.com, Coneca, etc.
All coins in circulation are subject to many, many things which can mark them up, alter them etc. So until you can easily tell real errors from a scratch like this, you will spend a lot of time for nothing.
Again, there is nothing I can see going on in the pictures of your coin that is not hard to find on circulated coins. And nothing oin those pics is a mint error.
How much squash could a Sasquatch squash if a Sasquatch would squash squash?
