Good morning. Ive found a 2020P with a strange reverse anomaly behind the shield. I initially thought it was Feeder Finger Damage. But I'm not sure. It may be a hack job of a polishing attempt post clash. Any thoughts are welcomed.

I think it is. It is in the normal direction.

It maybe where they tried to remove it and gave up? (because the damage was too deep?) Note how the 'E' on America was weakening? So the may have decided to live with the issue.

On my image, there is a line above the the 'C'. On the images above mine, you can see an affected area on the same place, but much larger in size. So I'm sticking with my first assumption.

Thanks for the replies. So far, I've come across 75-80 of these in the first box. Worth holding onto?

Not that I know of. They are just a die event, not a die variety. Rookies might be interested in them. But they will bite on anything. Just see what sells on ebay. I wouldn't want the thrill of making money on something that is not valuable on my conscience. But you might save a few to give to new collectors you find. I'd keep them in a tube and not put them in a 2X2. When your collection is disposed of, at least the expense of the 2X2 won't be wasted. Probably mine will end up in a Coinstar.

. I would pick one or three of the best condition ones and put them in 2x2's and tube the rest.
