What would this error be called?

It looks like Feeder Finger Damage to the reverse die to me.

It could possibly be linear plating bubbles from the zinc core.

It is deeper die scratches that an earlier polishing removed some of the fields. This die polishing left serious die scratches. They appear fresh on the die. But note the one cent is not affected and the scratches flowing behind these devices. That tells me it is a die issue. Note how uniform they are? Ever see Feeder Finger Damage to be that uniform? Also not lathe lines as they are not circular. That just leaves die scratches?
