Look by the 99 on the date as well as the ust in trust and erca in America on top

What ever you are seeing, is being hidden in the glare. Your light angle is too low an too bright. Diffuse the lighting and move it back a little, or use a lower wat bulb.

By the 9 9 its doubled and by the w in we and doubled in America letters erica and ust in trust wasn't stamped right

Not a doubled die. Looks like maybe DDD and a plating issue to me.

I agree with Die Deterioration.
Notice how all the "doubling" is running towards the rim, a sign of DDD

it looks like Die Deterioration Doubling that has caused a small wave in the copper plating. It only worth the face value.
