Well, I work at a bakery in a grocery store.
I only worked 3 days this week because a few people took vacation, so it was me, and another lady from another store that got called in.

Anyway, yesterday I was working with her (never have before) and I saw her give change back to the customer, and she started looking through the cents! of course I thought "oh no, I have competition! "

So we were talking about coins and such - she pulls out all copper cents, and anything 'interesting'.

So then she shows me a 1964 Dime, which she found Tuesday, one of the days I worked as well! Except she worked in the morning (got done at 3pm), and I worked in the afternoon (started at 3).

I didn't think of it until later, but then I realized "if she wasn't there, that dime would have still been in the till!" lol.

I know it's only a Silver Dime, but so far I've only found 1.

You two might needs to trade shifts! But she probably won't go for that.

Why not trade coins instead of shifts?

Just found a 1989 Canadian dime. But, being that date, I suppose it isn't silver.

DANG! My son works at a drive-thru and picks for me. I think he made the mistake of telling a co-worker because the other day that guy told him some customer gave him silver quarters. ARRRRGGGGGG....those were mine!

Never find silver in change here. Does it have something to do with where you live?
