I just went through two rolls of Harrison Dollars and found a few that have what I am calling "orange peel"patches on the edge,i also have some from last years coins, what would cause this and is it collectible?

Does it have a citrusy smell to it? Just have to rule out an orange eating mint or bank worker.

Seriously...by edge do you mean literally the edge, or do you mean the rim when looking at the obverse or reverse?

Do not store these "Harrison Dollars" next to your oranges !..........

Just kidding.....could you post some pictures of this "issue"
And off hand........I'm wondering if it could be "humidity storage" or "environmental" damage. These rolls......They are direct from the Mint ?.....from your Bank ?
They're too new to have "long/medium term" damage though ......hmmmmmm

Ahh.....therefore.......less than desirable value for those, most likely.....
And with the numbers minted in the BILLIONS.....yours might have been one of the last on a particular die too !....

I also found an orange looking Harrison dollar, while going through a roll. It looks like Harrison went tanning a little too much.
