All in all, if I have a slabbed coin I would prefer it to be in PCGS plastic. Therefore I occasionally send coins in other TPG holders to PCGS for crossover. It doesn't always work. However, in this case PCGS agreed that my 1878-CC quarter graded ICG-55 was in fact an AU-55 coin. Crossover success!
