E-bay probably won't let you report this sort of thing, so all you can do is repeatedly contact the seller.

Why don't these eBayers throw money at me when I sell a coin?
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

It's pretty sad that the state of knowledge in the hobby is so bad that things like this can sell. And even worse that their overabundance actually ends up torpedoing the value for the real things since most of the potential buyers don't know enough to tell the difference and just grab something like this thinking they've bought a real error or variety.

Do you think that the seller came up with the description themselves, or plagiarized someone else?

https://vi.raptor.ebaydesc.com/ws/e...ion=50efa3df

If it is flagrant copying of another's work, would that be allowed by ebay?

And the item in the photo is not what you will receive, according to the item description, but that is contrary to the seller's notes.

Copying and pasting run amok?

Do you think that the seller came up with the extended description themselves, or plagiarized someone else?

And the item in the photo is not what you will receive, according to the item description, but that is contrary to the seller's notes. So, which is it?

Well if you save every machine doubled coin, and charge $7 per coin, you still be making money and a lot of enemies as your buyers are going to hit you with a negative. (unless they don't know better) Some never learn.
