Spendable. It looks like either heavy circulation with vending machines, or a partial Struck Through Grease error. (not a premium for something this minor)

Full coin photo front and back. PLEASE tell us what you are asking us in detail.If the coin is in a 2x2 remove before taking photos. Tapered planchet?

Dimes are almost always fun to investigate and assess. There's wear involved here, maybe some grease, and perhaps the early manifestation of Die Deterioration. Full-coin photos--obverse and reverse--might tell us more.

Since the rim is weak too it could be a tapered planchet. Can we have a full reverse photo and if you have a scale, what is the weight in grams? Thanks!
