Can anyone make out the third digit? It looks like a 5 to me but I'm not sure. If it is a 5 it would be a 1959 because the reverse is a memorial. Thanks for any help Edited by jasper62 05/28/2021 3:35 pm

With the top barely showing and seeing the reverse, especially the designers initials I believe it is a 1959.

Can't tell. Can you get a close up? Great coin too!

Actually it's up for bid and I'm trying to decide if I want to pull the trigger and take a chance. Thanks for all the input.

You can see part of the '5' on the obverse image. So with only one Memorial cent in the 1950's that was an easy one to figure out.

Looks like a 5. No other number has a flat top except for a 7 and the downstroke is on the other side on it.

This is a nice one, but be careful and not over pay for it.

How much do you think would be over paying?
