One of the pros of working at a gas station is all the coins I get to see and go through. Last night I stumbled upon this guy. I believe its an off-centered punch but I know nothing beyond but I also see a lot of funky dimes that are nothing

sorry there was an issue with the dimes that year and most them all look like that:
