A recent purchase - currently making its way here from one of my contacts in the US. Reverse image is not terrific but the obverse is pretty clear. Pleased with this one - thoughts on grade?

I'll say AU-55/58.

I don't have it in hand yet so it's hard to comment on lustre/no lustre - the guy I purchased it from (who is terrific) says it's the former which would tend to support a grade above AU however I'm reserving judgment. Like all of you, I'm somewhere in between EF-40 and AU-58!

Tough to assign a grade to this one. It is an excellent strike example.

@TheDeductable - agreed - especially the reverse. I don't know about you but a sizeable minority, possibly a majority of the NFLD 20c have a weak spot centred on the "N" in Cents. I assume that's a strike or possibly convex/concave issue.

You rarely ever see the upper eyelid so pronounced. That's what makes me so jealous of this one haha

Nice Large 96 example.
