Pics are washed-out and flat, with no suggestion of luster. Can you try showing the coin with different lighting?

IF it has appropriate original luster the minor bag marks would indicate a top potential grade of MS-64 and a retail value of about $100. If luster is impaired from circulation it should grade AU-58 with a value of maybe $50. If it's a details coin due to over-dipping or cleaning the value drops lower. It all depends on the luster quality which can't be evaluated well from these images.

Thanks for the advice! Uploaded a couple more hoping to capture the luster. The reverse pic shows the true luster, I can go back and photograph the obverse tomorrow to show its true luster better than what I have posted.

It is a very nice coin. I can see it has beautiful luster on both sides. Just a little chatter on obverse.

Nice reverse, but a lot of chatter in that cheek. MS61 for me

the 85(P) are known for average strikes. I put this one in that box so no deductions or adds for strike. the glare from lighting makes it more of a challenge to assess the luster and surface preservation. looks like the luster is intact. obviously the obverse hits and chatter on the profile is not going to help since its all in the key area and affects eye appeal. i'd put the obverse in the MS62+ area and the reverse MS64+.
net MS63 as the obverse always gets the nod with split grades

I'll say MS-62 due to the cheek and field in front of Liberty

I'll say MS-62, shot at 63, not really a fan of this one.
