Hi I think I found a die clash on this quarter on the reverse.

The marks on the airman's left cheek looks like the bows on the hair on the obverse. Other marks on left arm appear to be part of the hair.

I have fallen prey to PMD many times before. Hopefully this one is an actual error. I am posting the link to the picture of the die clash for this quarter by coop to show I tried to do my homework first (thank you coop). It does not line up exactly but I have read that is not always the case.

Yep that's PSD (post strike damage) your coin was struck by another reeded edge coin...most likely just after it was struck at the mint. IMO
