SteveInTampa Pillar of the Community United States 4637 Posts	Posted 06/02/2021 3:36 pm The ink only "appears" to be under the green ink. When in fact, the ink in the stripe sticks to the unprinted paper and doesn't adhere to the green ink. I vote Post-BEP damage. Report this Post to the Staff
