I found this 1985 D dime. It looks a funny to me. Can someone please help me by telling me if this could possibly be an error coin? It looks like it could be a D mint mark over a d or a p.

Unlike wine, 85 was a bad year for dimes...Spend it and forget it.

Im sorry for posting a ton of coins but I'm just learning and I'm really clueless . But I'm definally interested in coin collecting.

No harm in posting along as you are learning from it.
You can learn a lot from reading the resources available in the left hand column.
Also by looking at some of the previous posts gives you an idea of what is damage and what is an error.
One thing to remember is that it is only an error if it happens during the striking of the coin so anything
that happens after that is considered damage.
