To clarify this is the nicest 3CS I've seen as a business strike, I've seen some pretty unreal proofs before, but nothing quite like this one. Amazing bullseye toning pattern, only a couple flyspecks of carbon on the reverse is all I can find fault with. It's about as perfect as they could come off the die and look after a couple hundred years of storage.

That really is a beauty! Colorful toning can greatly enhance the eye appeal AND the price. This is a prime example, wonderful coin and thanks for sharing.

A little steel wool and a good scrubbing should take all them fancy colors right off and leave nice CLEAN coin! 'Course it may take a few details with it.
I too think this may be the nicest III¢ Silver business strike I've ever seen. I love this!

I've actually seen nicer. Dr. Bruder showed me one at PNNA a decade ago, IIRC it came back MS-68. The diamond on the reverse had edges you could shave with.

Thanks for posting Westcoin. I've followed your posts and appreciated your eye for beautiful coins. We're all different and respect each others taste in coins. Lots of members loved it and I wouldn't spend 3 cents to buy it. As a collector of crusty, ugly, early copper I can't imagine a rainbow coin in my collection. Just my opinion of course.
