Ok...so this album I grabbed for 50 bucks off ebay has probably 30 coins in around ms67 easily...

Best struck and we'll preserved coins I've ever seen...

Sorry for being the stickler that I am but that spot on
obverse rim at 9:00 could be a corrosion spot or part of the blue background that the coin is sitting on . I'll go for 66RD .
