I'm unable to tell from the photos if any or all of the notes have the oil staining on the lower margins which is a known distraction for these notes. Two theories exist. One theory is there was oil on the blades that cut the notes, and the other theory is the oil stains are from the BEP packaging. Typical sets sell for anywhere from $200 to around $300. It usually depends on the serial number and whether the notes have staining or not.

It's sort of cool that the serial numbers are the same, but it strikes me as "nifty" vice "rare and valuable." Your mileage may vary. If you do go for it, based on Steve's advice, I'd certainly start with a offer well below what they are asking.
