Not gonna lie, greasy, I was confused for just a minute on that math before I realized this was the second dime.

This coin to me looks like it was placed in an oven and heated. Note how the color looks affected, and also note the weakness of the devices. Looks like that are weakened by the heating. The copper color on the reverse. I thinking that some are heating coins to make it look like it was over annealed. Well if the devices are weakened by this process, the crisp strike on a real annealed coin would be stronger. Why because, the annealing issue happened before the strike. If the annealing happen after the strike, I could see that it could be seen on the victim coins.
