What are "EVERYMAN COLLECTIONS"?
How does it differ from other sections of the sets?

Ha! I agree with nfine. Going further, the proletariat collection = nothing exceeding VF, road-rash okay.

What is the essence of the collection ? There is also a low ball collection or a standard set PCGS.

I believe the essence is a set where 'everyman' can compete and complete the set. The high end uncirculated coins carry no weight in the composition of this type of set.
