Hi, found this 85 quarter.. I can't tell if it's an error or PMD. It looks just slightly off center, but I'm not sure what's going on around the lettering. I'd appreciate any feedback, thanks!

Minor misaligned die, and possible Grease Filled Die. Too, Die Deterioration may be in-play. In addition to a reverse photo, another large(r) and sharp image of the obverse may help.
