Is this coin even gradable with all the obverse damage? It's really been through the wringer. If gradable, what grade would you give it?

G/VG, obviously details for the scratches. CC is always a premium over melt. Maybe keep it as a pocketpiece...

I agree with the upthread comments. It's in the G/VG details range. Even though Miss Williams evidently cut off her nose to spite her face, it's still a 2x2-worthy somewhere around $50-$60-ish coin. There's a market for it.
