What do you think? I'm not much for grading, but my guess would be VG-8. Condition aside, I'm quite a bit fan of this little acquisition. Like I said in my post on the error forum, last time I saw something this beautiful, I married it!

Color in the first set of pics looks like it had an old cleaning. G06 Details, first pic shows a couple problematic scratches. A few too many hits on the reverse as well. These woodies are always tough to judge from pics.

Nonetheless, interesting one!

Thank you.

Ty, it doesn't like in hand like it's been cleaned. I did struggle to photograph this one.

G-4. I think the camera lighting is giving it a cleaned look. Most likely it's original.

Thank you, IGE. I am still learning how to filter my light to show truer colors, but these pictures showed the details most clearly. I'm still in love with this coin no matter the scratches and wear, but I do especially cringe at those canals on and near the 2.

G4 details due to scratches. IT has that classic woody striations in the ally mix. Nice coin even if it's as worn down as they come. The woody look keeps this coin from just looking slick and worn.
