The 21 looks legit to me...although worn and harshley cleaned.
Not a Morgan guy...so no comment on the 78.

Peace looks fake to me, the Morgan looks legit.

1921 looks like a harshly clean Fine condition
1878 looks like a nice AU+
It is either VAM 110, 145 or 162
VAM 145 & 162 are on the list of Top 100 VAM's
