I have this War Nickel that's missing the word cent, I know it's on old coin but it looks like a white streak was on it cause the e is also missing

To CCF , Deez I'm sure It's because that coin is extremely worn and those letters simply wore off .

What is the weight of your coin? If it is 5 grams. Then the weight is normal. If it is less than that (Also have to consider coin wear) if if the weight is normal, it maybe a Grease Fill on these missing devices. If the weight is under, it could have been a lamination peel. But the condition of the coin now doesn't offer a lot either way. The condition of the coin is showing coin wear. But probably the real value of this coin is the silver melt value at this point in the coins life.
