Doesn't look like scratches, more like spiral grooves beginning from center of coin. Only things I saw online similar were concentric or lathe lines. But this dime is nor evenly cocentretric. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you &

Old-school, mechanical vending machine most likely. We see these on nickels, mostly.

It couldn't have happened during the stricking of the coin so the alternative
is that it is PMD, no matter how it happened.
