It looks like a small line at end of wings near T. Added photo. Wasn't sure if it affects grade.

I'd say this coin is close to a VF25 or just VF as it is such a common coin not going to be slabbed, it doesn't really matter that it grades exactly. The little line is a die crack I believe. The difference between a die crack and damage is the die crack will be raised from the surface and damage like a razor knife cut mark will have a depression below the surface and will look similar when it is worn down.

Looks to be a die crack. Overall, the dime appears to fall into the VF range.
Rest in Peace

VF25 sounds right to me. Agreed, a small die crack. No added value, and will not affect the grade. There are times when die cracks bring premiums, depending on the series, extent of the cracks/breaks, and location. So good eye in picking it up, but as stated, this one is just a common day with typical wear.

I'll say VF-30, but just a bullion coin, I'm afraid.

It is a die crack and very common for some dates/ mint mark. I have many examples of this from the San Francisco mint dated 1940. Here is one of the more advanced examples I have'

@dave700x, that's a pause for me if I have that, and a nice grade just looking at the above.
