1970 S Small Date High 7?

Just came across this along with a couple others I'm curious about... But for this one is this the small date high 7?

Yes, appears to be a large date.

The first clue that it is not a small date is that the obverses have different numbers on the obverse dies:
Note the arrows?
1970-S-Small-Date-High-7?
Then inside loop points in different directions:
1970-S-Small-Date-High-7?
Also the bottom of the '7' is lower than the zero.
1970-S-Small-Date-High-7?
With a business card you can check these on auctions and you will know for sure if they are/are not a large/small date:
1970-S-Small-Date-High-7?
It doesn't matter if they angle the image or not. The card will tell you the real deal or the fake. Hope this helps?
