Whatever is going on in the first part of Liberty,I don't know... The area is still somewhat shiny like the rest of the quarter, and when you look at it at a bit of an angle you can see the LI under it so I'm definitely not ruling out PMD, but once again I don't know...As always appreciate anything anyone can tell me about how it came to be... I don't see this as enough of a strike through to add value to the coin, but I would put it in a 2x2 and add it to my collection of grease filled strikes.
