That is not another bow tie, those are bubbles caused by zinc rot. Once they break, your
coin will start to disinigrade. Get rid of it while you can.

I believe that blob is the emergence of zinc rot--bigger blob right above the first 2 in 2000.

Yes, I see the zing bubble but too the left of the bow tie looks like another darker bow tie

Just a trick of the eye, nothing here but toning or circulation effects. Could not have left the mint as you describe.
