Just found this in my purse thought it looked really funky & cool. Can someone tell me what error this might be ?

Agree--post strike damage. Could have been caught up in a poorly aligned mechanical vending machine, or some other blunt force coin handling contraption. Coin may have been slightly flattened (lateral expansion).
