okiecoiner Pillar of the Community Canada 5585 Posts	Posted 06/26/2021 07:10 am On almost all circulated Vicky Large Cents, you get what has been called the "Vicky crud" in all the nooks and crannies in the design and lettering. The op's coin has not toned a normal brown color; it is all washed out. At the amount of wear that the coin shows, it should be darker and dirtier. The crud is made up of dirt, grime, hand oil and other substances that normally come in contact with the coin. Report this Post to the Staff
