So I caught on the end of a video the other day coin that looked much like this and the guy said it was actually an error that it is called a die repositioning strike but it will cause the coin to look as if it has tons of die chips and for the features to appear more with down... Is that what this is? Also am curious is that doubling going on the front of Washington's face, down the nose, lips and chin? And of course I can't tell what the mint mark is...

Try again with ....Sounds like the coin was struck with a VVDS...aka old worn out die.....

I can manipulate the image code above and see the pics, but I don't see anything in pics but circulation damage. I don't see any errors.

No errors there, all I see is corrosion and wear.
There is no possible way that could happen during the striking of the coin.
